This training is led by Susan Giacobazzi, a Certified CliftonStrengths & Workplace Communication Coach. As owner of the coaching business "Love Your 5" in Tahoe City, CA, for the past 6 years, Susan trains business people to understand their own hardwiring and then impact workplace relationships positively. She inspires clients to think differently about themselves by pairing creativity and intuition with proven, research-based methodology. 

Susan's expertise includes guiding executives, employees, and entrepreneurs to navigate difficult conversations. She leads workshops on employee engagement, development, and retention. Susan has coached many high-performing leaders to reach their next level.

Susan’s work in workplace relationships stems from her deep communications expertise. She holds a Master's Degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Susan is a dynamic public speaker and community leader.
